Skoody
Designed to combat unpredictable weather, the Skoody is a lightweight fleece scarf that can be quickly opened into a warm hooded top - and reversed into a rain jacket, should it rain. It comes in a matching drawstring bag and is available in various colours and sizes.
The Skoody was an interesting exercise - not only in working out it's functional design, but in honing it into a viable commercial product. The Skoody provided a valuable introduction to costing, manufacture, selling, distribution, branding and licensing - the real business behind design.
